Huon Valley Aquatic 2021 Medal Meet – Feb 27

Session one - 8.30am warm/9am start
Session two 12.30pm warm up/1pm start
Huonville Pool, Heron St, Huonville
(Please enter through the gate closest to Huonville Primary School)
# The 25m events have been provided for the benefit of non competitive swimmers. If you have any questions regarding this please contact Huon Valleu Aquatic Club.
BBQ will be hot throughout the day, with light snacks & drinks also available (cash only)
We will have a raffle available during the day. First prize – Pennicott Wilderness Journeys Cruise worth $290
3 for $5 or 1 for $2 (cash only)
# There are no restrictions on numbers (at this stage.) However, we will be in contact prior to the event should this change. This will depend on the total number of entries.
We will expect everyone to use the QR on arrival & social distance. Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the whole pool area & upon entrance.
# All clubs are required to provide time keepers. This will depend on the number of entrants per club. We will be in contact prior to the day with relevant info.
# Strictly NO refunds on entries
# Clubs are responsible for bringing & putting up their own marques, chairs etc.
Please dress for the weather, including BYO hats/sun cream.
# Clubs are responsible for their own programs. However, we are currently working on a QR system for programs.
# Should time allow, our usual Novelty relay will be the last event of the day!! We ask that the club who currently has the trophy please return this please ?
