SESSION 1 - Warm up is from 8am with the first event from 9am - (Appx finish time 11:40am) 

SESSION 2 - First event from 12:30pm - (Appx finish time 3:06pm) 

Sunday 8th September 2024

SESSION 3 - Warm up is from 8am with the first event from 9am  - (Appx finish time 10:50am) - 

SESSION 4 - First event from 12:30pm - (Appx finish time 2:31pm)

Tasmanian Coaches & Team Managers

• Accreditation Passes
  All Coaches and Team Managers who have been issued with Accreditation passes are advised that these must be worn at all times whilst on pool deck and when seated with athletes/teams. Spectators and/or parents are NOT permitted to sit with athletes/clubs or be on pool deck as per previous communications and this will be for every Swimming Tasmania event.  We kindly ask you to remind your club members of this requirement prior to our events and ask clubs to actively advise parents during our events that they are not permitted in these restricted areas.  We understand at times parents would like to speak to Coaches or Team Managers, however we strongly encourage Clubs to have a system in place where the restricted areas are not used for this.  We thank you in advance for your ongoing support.

Visiting Coaches & Team Managers

• Email - Name & photo of each coach and/or team manager to Events@tas.swimming.org.au
• Provide a copy of your current Coaching accreditation
• Provide a copy of your current WWVP

Failure to provide all required information will result in a pass not being approved and further information requested with no access to pool deck or team seating until the criteria has been satisfied.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Team Managers

1-20 Athletes – 1 x Team Manager

20+ Athletes – 2 x Team Manager

For example: if you have 4 approved Team Managers, only 2 will be permitted to sit with their Team (20+ athletes) during competition.  Team Managers are welcome to swap with other Team Managers at any time, but again, only 2 will be allowed to remain with the swimmers.   There are no number restrictions on Coaches (subject to change).

PLEASE NOTE:  If you require a team manager/coach pass please provide at least 14 days notice to ensure adequate time for our office.
