2020-2021 Membership Fees

The Swimming TAS membership season runs from officially 1 October until 30 September of the following year.

Thanks to our sponsor Arena, all Swimming TAS members are entitled to an exclusive discount on Arena products purchased at Tasmanian State Events.

A Swimmer is a member who swims at the club, area, state or national level. A Swimmer may not necessarily compete, but does participate in squad or club training (including club nights).	A Non Swimmer is a member who does not swim at the club, area, state or national level. This can include parents, officials, coaches and members enrolled in Learn-to-Swim Schools.

Life members are members who have been nominated by their club committee to receive lifetime membership at no cost. Life members are entitled to all Swimmer and Non-Swimmer benefits listed above.

These fees will be in effect from 14 September, 2020 to September 30, 2021.

Please note these fees are comprised of Swimming TAS and Swimming Australia fees only, and do not include any applicable Club fees. You can find the fees applicable when registering via Swim Central.

Ticket To Play Vouchers

If you'd like to use a Ticket To Play Voucher for your Swimming TAS membership fees, please contact your club registrar or the Swimming TAS office (03 6216 7801 during office hours) prior to payment. Vouchers cannot be used retrospectively and refunds will not be provided if payment is processed prior to voucher verification. Click here for more information.

Terms and Conditions of Membership:

I agree to abide by the Code of Conduct, rules, regulations and policies of Swimming Tasmania, Swimming Australia and the relevant club, including all social media, anti-doping, member welfare, child welfare and privacy policies (available at www.tas.swimming.org.au).

I acknowledge that these rules, regulations and policies apply to my behaviour across all electronic, written, and oral communications including via social media platforms.

I authorise Swimming Tasmania to use, disclose or relate to any relevant bodies any of my personal information that may be necessary to implement the rules, regulations and policies above. I agree to have my name, photograph and results published in official programs, newsletters and websites.

Where the application is under 18 years of age this form must be endorsed by the applicant's parent or legal guardian.

By accepting these terms I confirm I have read, understood, acknowledged and agreed to the declarations above and the details provided in the application and I personally consent to the declarations above and I warrant that all information provided is true and correct.

I as the parent or guardian of the applicant expressly agree to be responsible for the applicant's behaviour and agree also to personally accept all of the conditions set out in this membership application and declaration.
