Official of the year is selected by the State Technical Manager, Tracey Rowell, and is awarded to an official who has made a significant contribution to the sport of swimming in Tasmania. Congratulations to Glenise Gale, who has been selected as the recipient of this award for the 2018-19 season. Glenise has been a Swimming Tasmania official for many years now, and plays a pivotal role in all of our meets - supervising the control room, assisting with equipment maintenance and mentoring new officials in the control room. Congratulations Glenise!
