Member Transfers

 

 

 

Transfer Instructions

Parent/Guardian/Swimmer:

  1. Let the original club know that you wish to transfer to a new club. This will give them warning to check ClubLANE for the transfer and be able to approve it quickly.
  2. Supply the club you are ransferring to your surname and membership number. The Club you are transferring to, will request a transfer on your behalf.

 

New Club (Club Registrar/Administrator to complete):

Click here for instructions on how to request a transfer in ClubLANE. Please note you will require the member's 6-digit Swimming Australia membership number. Please email maddi.palser@tas.swimming.org.au or call 03 6231 1235 for this number.

Swimming Tasmania allows the original club 14 days to respond to the transfer. If the original club have not processed the transfer within this timeframe, please send an email to maddi.palser@tas.swimming.org.au addressed to Swimming Tasmania CEO, requesting that Swimming Tasmania approve the transfer.

 

Original Club  (Club Registrar/Administrator to complete):

If you choose to hold the transfer request for more than 14 days, you will need to provide an explanation in writing to the Swimming Victoria CEO, outlining why the transfer request has not been approved. Please send the letter to: maddi.palser@tas.swimming.org.au

 

THE TRANSFER IS CONSIDERED COMPLETE WHEN ALL OF THESE STEPS HAVE BEEN FULFILLED.
